The decade long (1980 - 1992) civil war in El Salvador generated over two million refugees. Although most many migrated to North America a small subset came to Scandinavia. These images were taken in the Norwegian city of Trondheim during the months of October and November 2005 and are a minute document of a not so uncommon Latin American diaspora.
